Policy
Privacy
What data we collect, what we use it for, and who we share it with.
What we collect
Your name, email, address, and phone when you place an order. Browsing data — which pages you visit, which products you look at — only if you accept analytics cookies.
What we use it for
Processing and shipping your order and contacting you about its status. Nothing more.
Who we share it with
Shopify processes payment and checkout under its own privacy policy. Google Analytics receives anonymous browsing data, only if you accept. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Order data, for as long as the business relationship lasts and the law requires. You can ask us to delete it any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by writing to shoparvena@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.
Minors
ARVENA isn't directed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.
